ICES Annual Science Conference (ASC)

The week-long conference held by the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) is an exciting forum at which the international community of marine scientists, professionals, and students meet and share their work through theme-based oral and poster presentations.

Theme sessions cover the most exciting and innovative research in marine science (see website for further information on the alltogether 18 theme sessions).

Panel discussions, brief introductory slots or keynote speakers, and stakeholder participation are all new ways in which the science can be communicated and discussed at the conference.
