| Beschreibung: | The 9th edition of the International Symposium on Deep-Sea Corals (ISDSC) will be held for the first time in the Mediterranean Sea. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Barcelona, the symposium will embrace a new interdisciplinary approach, uniting scientists, artists, and engaged citizens to strengthen global collaboration. This edition will highlight both the scientific significance and societal relevance of cold-water coral ecosystems, which remain under threat from increasing environmental pressures.
