The International Symposium on Marine Engineering (ISME) is a forum, an exhibition, and consists of technical tours for experts, scholars, and engineers in the field of marine engineering designed to discuss and exchange scientific and industrial knowledge. The purpose of the symposium is to advance the development of marine engineering technology and its applications, and also to discuss the future of marine engineering, focusing on the theme: “Marine Engineering Technology friendly to Environment, effective to Energy Saving and robust to Economy Crisis”. The 11th symposium (ISME2017 Tokyo/Odaiba) will be responsibly setup by THE JAPAN INSTITUTE OF MARINE ENGINEERING (JIME), and will be held at the Tokyo International Exchange Center (TIEC) in Tokyo, Japan from October 15(Sun) to 19(Thu), 2017. We look forward to welcoming you in Odaiba-Tokyo. We hope that everyone who attends the meeting will have a pleasant stay, mixing social and cultural enjoyments with old and new acquaintances, while becoming familiar with the latest advances in the challenging fields of marine engineering. |
